Burmese, people from Burma, also known as Myanmar.

Burmese comprises more than 135 distinct ethnic groups, which include the Bamar, the Shan and the Kayan. Most burmese people are Buddhists.

The burmese are the kindest, most friendly people. They always seem to be happy, smiling and welcoming.

They can be quite shy, as they are extremely polite, but once you get to know them, they open up.

Kids, however, are exception to the rule. They will talk to you and unlike other places in Asia, they never hassle for money. The people from Myanmar left a lasting impresion that one can truly trust them.
